1. From July 1rst., 2014:
Retired from INRA. Consulting in plant genetics and biotechnology for cultivated crops in the frame of OPEN SOURCE BIOLOGY until december 2015.
2. September 1, 2006 to June 30, 2014: Research Director at INRA (French National Institute for Agronomic Research), Group leader of the team dedicated to "Genetics and Genomics of the Interaction of sunflower Helianthus annuus with its abiotic and biotic environment" , at LIPM (Toulouse). Scientific coordinator of the SUNRISE Research Project
3. From october 2005 to August 31, 2006 : Manager of OPEN SOURCE BIOLOGY (Consulting in Genetics ang Biotechnology for cultivated crops), while looking for a new job. .
4. From 1988 to October 19th., 2005: R&D manager within SME companies involved in seed business in France.
• From May 23d., to October 2005: Scientific Director of the company EURALIS SEMENCES, in charge of collaborations for biotechnolgy, genomics, and of tools for plant breeding (informatics, molecular genetics, MAS).
• From September 1rst., 2002 to May 20th., 2005: R&D manager in EURALIS SEMENCES.
• Chairman of the company SOLTIS [Sunflower research and breeding ], subsidiary of EURALIS and LIMAGRAIN groups, until January 2005. Coordinator for the private sector of research programs of GENOPLANTE for Winter Oilseed Rape and Sunflower
• From September 1rst, 1999 to August 31th., 2002: Operating Manager of EURALIS GENETIQUE, the R&D subsidiary of EURALIS Group for seed business. 125 full time employees with 50 researchers, 15M€ of research budget. Member of the scientific boards for GENOPLANTE "maïs" [maize genomics]
• From November 1rst., 1995 to August 31th., 1999 : Scientific Director of the EURALIS Group.
• From June 1rst., 1993 to October 31th., 1995 : Research Director of the company RUSTICA Semences, and then for the company RUSTICA PROGRAIN Génétique.
• From May 1rst, 1988 to May 30th., 1993 : Assistant Director for Research for the company RUSTICA Semences.
5. From February 1rst, 1976 to April 30, 1988: Researcher at INRA [National Intitute for Agronomic Research, France]. Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding:

• From August 1rst., 1983 to April 30th., 1988: In charge of the SUNFLOWER labratory in INRA Montpellier Research Center. Coordinator with Dr. F.VEAR [INRA, Clermont Ferrand] of the PROTOURNESOL initiative [Collaboration between private companies and public laboratories for the use of genetic diversity in Sunflower Breeding Programs]. Research Director at INRA from May 1rst., 1987.
• From February 1rst, 1976 to July 31rst, 1983 : Research activities as junior scientist within the LUSIGNAN (France) research center, in collaboration with A.GALLAIS [methodology of forage crops breeding, selection indexes, genotype * environment interaction, "whole plant" physiology, informatic tools for breeding, silage maize breeding]
